Tardiness by period Per-semester

Tardy Consequence 1st Teacher Consequence:
Verbal Warning
2nd Teacher Consequence:
Teacher-Student Conference. Parent Contact.
3rd Teacher Consequence:
Parent contact and teacher assigned detention using standard detention form.
4th Referral to Counselor:
Student will be assigned to 1 day of After School Work Program. Phone call home will be made by counselor.
5th Referral to Counselor:
Student will be assigned to 2 days of After School Work Program. Phone call home will be made by counselor.
6+ Referral to Administrator:
ALC and Parent Contact.
